Jessica partners with the C-suite and executive leaders to strengthen how they collaborate and lead. Jessica has a passion for helping leaders make meaningful change happen, achieve their goals, and reach their desired performance outcomes. Clients value her deep listening skills, strategic insight, evidence-based approach, and applied experience leading in both large, matrixed corporations and start up environments.
Jessica has over 25 years of business leadership, strategy, and relationship management expertise. Prior to her work in executive coaching, Jessica served as Senior Director of Dare to Lead programs at Brené Brown Education and Research Group (BBEARG), where she helped organizations build brave leaders and courageous cultures. Jessica spent the majority of her career at Deloitte, where she was a program leader and trusted advisor to leaders across 15+ countries. Jessica began her career in communications and served Silicon Valley technology companies during the internet boom era.
Jessica’s executive coaching reach extends beyond her work with Intently Leadership clients. She is also an executive coach and principal with The Boda Group, and a leadership coach with the Doerr Institute for New Leaders at Rice University. Jessica is based in Houston, Texas and works globally with clients virtually and in person. She believes in living a wholehearted life full of family, friends, and fun, and enjoys spending time with her favorite people on this planet: her husband Michael, and their two children, Andrew and Lauren.
